The objectives of this research are to identify ways that tech companies can do a better job at diversity. Our goal is to identify barriers, needs and understand how we can create opportunities for other Black/African Americans in this space. This is the only topic of the research; you and your responses will remain anonymous and no one will contact you as a result of your collaboration on this topic.
The feedback we've received from previous collaborators, about their experience, has always been positive. We hope you will benefit from, and enjoy, this collaboration also.
We are only inviting a small group of Black Programmers, Developers and Engineers in the Web/App/Gaming space. In short, you were identified and hand picked as a person that could add value on this topic. You are part of a very small segment and the results of this research are critical for current and future changes in this space.
As a contributor of this research, we believe you may benefit by:
Collaborating with your peers and understanding what barriers others have encountered, insights, strategies and experiences of other collaborators.
· Aid in guiding plans and shaping the future of Blacks in Technology so they can provide an even greater value to you and your peers.
· Everyone will receive a stipend for their time.
We will host an interactive online dashboard that will require approximately 30-minutes a day, at your leisure, over 2 days. You can choose to complete this in 1 sitting or at your pace during this timeframe.
Your input will be combined with that of all the other collaborators and you will receive your compensation on the next business day.
